Ham & Cauliflower Bento

Last week, I was at a loss for what to pack for lunch, so improvising something Maki made in one of her bentos in Yum-Yum Bento Box, I fried cauliflower and ham and packed it with leftover roasted roots, rice, and a soft boiled egg. It turned out pretty yummy, with the ham providing a nice salty sweet coating for the cauliflower. The roasted veggies are leftovers.
