HOW TO USE THE SUSHI MAKER MOLD?
1. Choose your base shape and stack the outer mold onto it.
2. Place a sheet of nori in the mold. Then spread an even layer of rice.
3. Add the fillings & sauces. Then add another layer of rice. TIP: Be generous with the fillings & rice layers to ensure they can be tightly compressed.
4. Fold the two sides of the nori into the mold. TIP: Use a little water to seal the outer edge of the nori sheet.
5. Use the shape’s top mold to compress the rice and ingredients together.
6. Cut the sushi.
7. Remove outer mold.
Voila! Your sushi is now ready to be plated and served!
