Is your friend visiting you for dinner? Are you thinking of a dessert? This dessert is super easy to make. It is basically a soft version of White Chocolate Ganache. I strongly recommend to add some Berries, fresh or frozen, as a topping. Berries are much better than sugary fruit sauce as this mousse is very sweet.
Makes
2 to 3 Servings
Ingredients
80 to 90g White Chocolate *coarsely chopped
150ml Thickened Cream *whipped
Raspberries, Strawberries, Blueberries, OR etc.
Method
Whip Thickened Cream until soft peaks form.Place chopped White Chocolate in a heatproof bowl. Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water and melt the Chocolate. Stir until smooth. *Alternatively you can melt the Chocolate in the microwave. Heat for 1 minute, then extra time as required.Add the melted White Chocolate to the whipped Cream, and gently mix to combine. Pour in the serving glasses and chill in the fridge. Before you serve, place plenty of Berries on top. Today I added frozen (half-thawed) Raspberries and Blueberries.
