Kappa Maki
Ingredients
6 sheets nori
3 cups sumeshi
1 cucumber
Cooking Directions
Cook sushi rice.
Peel, seed, and slice the cucumber lengthwise.
Roll and slice the sushi, using the cucumber for your filling.
Enjoy!
