Miso Mayo Dip – Hiroko’s Recipes


This dip is good with anything, but I like to eat this dip with Vegetables such as Cucumber, Daikon, Carrot, Broccoli and Cauliflower. Absolutely easy to make and everyone loves it.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Miso *I used White Miso
1 clove Garlic *grated
4 tablespoons Japanese Mayonnaise

Method

In a small bowl, mix Miso and grated Garlic. Add 1 tablespoon Japanese Mayonnaise and mix well. Add 3 more tablespoons Mayonnaise and mix well. *Note: This Dip can be quite salty. You may wish to reduce the amount of Miso, or add more Mayonnaise.Enjoy with fresh and juicy Vegetable sticks.
