You can thank my anime and manga Mia, for introducing me to Japanese food. I was so picky, I would not even eat anything different than what I already liked. But I guess with getting older that happens. I even brought a small dish to school for lunch, and everyone at my table, had a small bite, and they loved it. I thank you; and my anime.

I made this last night and had the rest for lunch here at work. It was absolutely delicious. I look forward to trying more of your recipes. Thank you so much!

S.O. has major allergies to shell fish. I know bummah. Can I substitute Oyster sauce with Fish Sauce? That’s what I usually do when recipes call for oyster sauce.

Yum! I didn’t have oyster sauce in the house so I substituted mirin mixed with teriyaki sauce and a dash of worcester sauce.

Katakurico ????

Thickening agent.
Try Arrowroot, Potato flour or Corn flour instead.
