On Saturday June 11th (10:30am -1:30pm) in Miele Gallery Citywest I’m hosting a hands on cooking class focusing on creating Japanese inspired lunch boxes to give your work or school lunch an interesting twist.
During the classes I will introduce you to the simple steps to creating a lunchbox that is time friendly yet healthy and tasty. I also make an effort to use every day ingredients so they can be easily sourced by families across Ireland.
