
If you like Coriander and Souther Eastern Asian cuisine, this salad might be a good side dish for your dinner OR BBQ. I believe this salad is delicious, but my family members don’t enjoy it. Some people have different taste receptors and they taste Coriander differently. My husband says Coriander tastes like soap. I taste Coriander beautifully refreshing.

2 to 4 Servings
Ingredients
200g Cabbage *choose soft & juicy Cabbage
1/6 to 1/4 Red Onion *thinly sliced
40g Coriander
Dressing
1 small clove Garlic *grated
1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar *OR Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/8 teaspoon Chilli Flakes *OR Chilli as much as required
Method
Combine all the Dressing ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add thinly slice Cabbage and Red Onion, and mix to combine.
Wash Coriander, trim off the roots, and cut into 2-3cm in length. Add to the bowl, and mix to combine. *Note: You can add some Roasted Peanuts OR Mixed Nuts to this salad.
