Remove the lids before heating in the microwave. These work best for up to 2 min heating time.

Do not try to open the lids straight after taking out of the freezer. Leave the box at room temperature for a while.

These are leakproof between compartments for food items with sauce like consistency. Avoid carrying watery items. Best to keep salads salt / dressing free, as water from the vegetables could leak.

Press along compartments to close, instead of closing in one go.
