According to the article on mail onlie, Japanese Sushi Chain, Yo! sushi has inroduced what they call "Sushi Burger."
The bun is made of rice and they come with prawn, chicken, salmon and tofu.
Despite what the article says, it is not Sushi Burger – rather, it’s "Rice Burger."
If you ask any Japanese what Rice Burger is, they will tell you to go to "Mos Burger" – a Japanese Hamburger Chain who introduced it back in 1987.
Back then, even the annoucement was shocking to rice-eating Japanse.
Since then, only the Taiwanese division of McDonalds imitated their Rice Burger and it remains exclusive at Mos Burger… well until now.
