California-style gourmet pizza is a main attraction at this spacious Shinagawa outlet of Wolfgang Puck’s diverse restaurant group. Puck’s famous Smoked Salmon Pizza is their showy signature dish, while other popular toppings include Spicy BBQ Chicken, Black Truffles and Soft-Boiled Egg, and Serrano Ham with Rucola.
There are eight pizza varieties to choose from in the evening, with a more limited selection at lunchtime. We enjoyed a daily special lunch pizza with a nicely balanced topping of bacon, sausage and cabbage. The crust was on the crunchy side, holding its shape firmly when folded. The lunch special comes with a substantial salad, with your choice of beverage for an extra Y200.
Filling out the evening food menu are California-style burgers, fancy pastas, plentiful appetizers, and a few main dishes of grilled meat and fish. Burgers and pastas are the non-pizza options at lunchtime. Budget around Y6,000-8,000 for dinner with drinks, or Y1,500 for lunch.
