
Here is another super easy dish that you can make with a small can of Tuna. If you have already cooked Rice, you don’t need to cook anything. Just mix Tuna with the sauces, and enjoy with the Rice. This recipe includes two different sauces. Both are delicious. Depending on what you have in hand, choose one of them.

1 can (95g) Tuna *I used Tune in Springwater
1 serving warm Cooked Rice
1/2 sheet Nori *torn into small pieces
1/2 Spring Onion *finely chopped, save some for topping
Toasted Sesame Seeds
Chilli & Oyster Sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated Ginger
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Oyster Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon Toban Djan (Chilli Bean Sauce) *OR other Chilli Sauce OR Chilli Paste
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Gochujang & Garlic Sauce
1 small clove Garlic *grated
1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
1/2 to 1 teaspoon Gochujang
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Sesame Oil
Method
Combine the sauce ingredients in a small bowl, add drained Tuna, add Spring Onion, but save some for topping, and mix to combine.Half fill a bowl with warm Cooked Rice, scatter Nori pieces, and cover with the Tuna mixture. Sprinkle with saved finely chopped Spring Onion and some Toasted Sesame Seeds, and enjoy.
